Weather and algae had flattened the colour out of the stone. Washed back to the bare surface, then sealed — which lifts the original tone again and gives the surface something to shed off next season.

Side-yard walkway
A narrow run between two houses that sees little sun and holds damp, so it greys over faster than the open areas. Washed and sealed in sections.
Patio, seat wall and shoreline
The furniture came off, the whole patio and the steps down to the lawn were washed and sealed, then everything went back. Shown finished both ways — clear, and set back up for use.
